I came to Planet Honda with an internet price for the same car that was offered by the Internet Sales Person at Planet Honda on Edmunds.com. Frankie honored the internet price 100%... Why did I go to Frankie and not the Internet Sales person? Well I had originally disregarded the internet price after I read some reviews of the dealership online that said internet pricing was completely useless and how some customers had found themselves with fees piled onto the Price which increased the final cost. But my friend had such a great experience with Frankie financing her car that even though I wasn't looking to finance, I decided to give it a shot with Frankie. It took about 5 seconds for Frankie to look at the print out with the internet deal and say yes. Simple as that! No extra packages or fees; just the price, paperwork, etc, and "where do I sign?". Frankie was polite, warm, and courteous from my first phone call to schedule the meeting to when I came in and we talked at his desk. He gave me some extra options to consider for the car, and I declined and there was no pushback. He treated me with respect and kindness, and was very professional, seemlessly taking care of all the logistics from start to finish of the process. He was always attentive in answering my questions and even threw in a year of maintenance service to the deal. Getting my new Honda 2013 Civic through Frankie was such a simple and pleasant experience and I couldn't have asked for more. More

We were surprised to see how busy it was and we didn't see anyone available to help us so we walked out to the parking lot to look at the cars outside. That's when Franko Talarico approached us. At first I thought he was a mechanic and I looked at my husband apprehensively. Then he asked where we were from and when we told him his face lit up and said he was born and raised there. We immediately felt comfortable with him. He was very honest and upfront about what we were dealing with. He was not just trying to make a sale, he was also making sure that it was what's best for us. He was helping us get the car we wanted AND afford the payments without the gimmicks. But it wasn't just him, Mr. Wang and Delio helped us too. I was particularly impressed with what Delio said as he tried to find the best financing for us, he said that at Planet Honda, they want their customers to have not just a good buying experience but a great ownership experience as well. He said Planet Honda takes care of their family and once you are a customer, you're family. They were very fair on my trade-in price for my car, new car purchase, and also didn't lie about how long the whole process would take, which I appreciated. Frankie also went the extra mile and gave me his cell phone and checked how the new car was doing and if I had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone in the area. More

This is our 2nd car that we have gotten from Planet Honda with Frankie. I came in to trade my current car for a new civic. Although my situation was very difficult, Frankie still managed to take my trade-i with Frankie. I came in to trade my current car for a new civic. Along the way Frank was very courteous and patient with my situation. The first thing Frank told me was "I'll take care of you." ... which was also the very last thing he said when in got into my 2013 honda civic the same day. When it came to the final financing paperwork with Brian, he was very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure we understood the choice we were making and what other options we had before we came up with the final decision. Not only did he help us make a better choice, he also helped us lower our insurance substantially. Planet Honda's team is one that every dealership needs, they make you feel comfortable and like you are part of the family. I look forward to my purchases I will be having with them in the future. This is our 7th car we have leased from this dealer. The last three cars were sold to us by Frank Talarico and I wouldn't dare use anyone else. I started my search for a vehicle after my 12 year old Ford Explorer had become a maintenance burden. I went into Planet Honda on route 22 in Union with no intention on buying a car on that day, however I was approached by Frank Talarico, the nicest, most honest, and knowledgable sales person that you would ever want to meet. He was kind enough to set me up for a test drive of the Honda CRV, a car i thought i wanted at the time, well to make a long story short, I brought the Honda CRV, drove it home on a Thursday, drove it for a few days and decided it wasn't the car for me. I texted Frank on that Sunday and told him i wanted to come back into the dealership Monday to change the car out for a Honda Ridgeline Sport trunk and he said sure come on in we'll see what we can do. This further confirmed to me what a great dealership Planet Honda is. They could have easily told me to go jump in a river. Their number one policy is Customer Service and this was a great showing of that customer service by allowing me to change the car out with no habitation. I went back into the dealership that Monday morning and Frank was waiting for me and he setup a test drive of the Honda Ridgeline Sport. I am completely satisfied now, driving around in my Honda Ridgeline Sport. I highly recommend Planet Honda in Union on router 22, ask for Frank Talarico, he is sure to treat you RIGHT!
