Before i went to planet honda i was at 5 other honda dealers, and it was not good. i never heard so much BS before in my life. When i got to planet honda i met with Frank Talarico, told him what i wante dealers, and it was not good. i never heard so much BS before in my life. When i got to planet honda i met with Frank Talarico, told him what i wanted, and from there he made the whole process easy. And he was up front about everthing, which made it one of my best experences buying a car. Thanks for everything Frank. More

I enjoyed purchasing my new Honda Pilot. I have a 2005 Honda Pilot with almost $200K miles on it. I love it and wanted to purchase another vehicle so I could give my 2005 Honda Pilot to my daughter. Both Frankie and Levie were exceptional sales and finance people to work with. They assisted me with my purchase and made it very easy. Frank was by far the best dealer we have purchased a car from. He was very courteous and professional through out the whole process. He even helped move all the stuff from our old Honda to the new one, wi from. He was very courteous and professional through out the whole process. At Planet Honda they didn't play any of the games you occasionally run in to when buying a car. I will be purchasing all my cars from them in the future. More

This was the second time I went to buy a car from this dealership. It was even more easier and effecient that the first time around. Frankie and Mark did a great job in helping us with our trade off as we dealership. It was even more easier and effecient that the first time around. It was one of the fastest in and outs I have had in my car buying experience and I have had a few.Good deal on the trade off, fair price for the new car and overall a process that was very effeciently handled. I just bought a new 2012 Civic EX Sedan from Frankie Talarico at Planet Honda via the USAA car buying service. Buying a new car couldn't be easier. The sales price is pre-negotiated between USAA and Pl Talarico at Planet Honda via the USAA car buying service. Buying a new car couldn't be easier. The sales price is pre-negotiated between USAA and Planet Honda, so haggling is completely eliminated. Frankie was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was assisted by Mark Hernandez, who also was great. One little gotcha, which I take complete responsibility for not catching, was the inadvertent purchase of the "safe & secure package (optional)" for $299. It is entered on the purchase agreement above the "Total price of vehicle" line, thus leading you to believe it has already been added into the total price, but it actually added below. I missed that and in my haste didn't realize that I was paying for such an option. I caught the mistake when I was filling out the various and sundry forms to take delivery of the car but it was too late to remove as I had already signed the purchase agreement. Not a big deal, but I really didn't want the option and felt like I had just thrown away 300 bucks. Overall though the experience was great, the purchase quick and easy. Frankie, Mark and the rest of the crew at Planet Honda were a pleasure to deal with. As I was getting ready to drive off Frankie set up my phone's Blue Tooth and loaded my phone book into the Civic's database. I made my first call on the way home. Super! I'd definitely use them again. More

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and were thinking about a hatchback and decided to give the Honda Fit a try. We had truly done our research and since we were going through AAA, Planet were thinking about a hatchback and decided to give the Honda Fit a try. We had truly done our research and since we were going through AAA, Planet Honda was listed as a certified dealer. We were a little apprehensive since our previous experience with car dealers have not exactly been pleasant. Kind of felt like walking into a pack of vultures. When we arrived at Planet Honda we were immediately greeted and directed to the proper dept. It was then that we met Frankie. He was very friendly, answered all our questions and there was no nonsense or high pressure tactics. We test drove the Fit and left to test drive other cars at other dealers. We ended up going back to Planet Honda that same day! We didn't drive off that day in a new car but we knew that we would definitely be purchasing a vehicle from Frankie. During the process we also dealt with Mark and Alix who were also very helpful, informative and pleasant. Frankie, we love our new "toy" and will definitely recommend you to anyone we know who's looking to purchase a car. Thanks for making our experience quick, painless and enjoyable! More
