Excellent and Professional service They were very professional. The problem with the car was quickly diagnosed and repairs were completed in the anticipated time frame. I expressed some additional concerns which were also addressed and repaired under the warranty without additional expense from me. This was a nice bonus. They were quite transparent about what was needed. No hidden costs. I have to apologize to my service consultant because I do not remember his name, but he was very good. More

Another Amazing experience I live in Hempstead and the cloestest BMW dealer to me is freeport but i will always drive the extra 15-20 mins to Rallye becuase they deilver the bes I live in Hempstead and the cloestest BMW dealer to me is freeport but i will always drive the extra 15-20 mins to Rallye becuase they deilver the best customer service i ever seen.
