The salesman, patryk, with whom we dealt was clueless about the car in which we were interested. For example, when asked what the eco button did, he said “that’s just a button they put on there”. 🤦🏻 He about the car in which we were interested. We eventually decided to purchase the car and told him what we expected to have done (replace fog light lens, clean interior thoroughly, etc) all of which he promised. Received car with makeup still around driver vanity mirror, a bunch of boogers on the e-brake and the fog light lens still cracked. Waited FOUR HOURS while other employees and sales people were hanging around. Drove two hours to get there so spending all that extra time (patryk didn’t even check in with us until it was obvious I was annoyed) in an uncomfortable lobby was super annoying. They didn’t even provide any snacks or drinks. Totally not impressed. Frank did a solid job, though. More
