I was pleased with the ease of making an appointment, how quickly I was able to drop off and pick up the loaner vehicle, and how fast they diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Dropping off the loaner and pickin quickly I was able to drop off and pick up the loaner vehicle, and how fast they diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Dropping off the loaner and picking up my car was also a breeze, and everyone was very friendly. More

Great staff, but over $300 to have my AdBlue/DEF checked and filled, not even changed! It took 1.5 hrs. to find out there wasn't enough fluid in a tank that cannot be checked by the owner. and filled, not even changed! Terrible service department they cracked my window and stop answering or returning my calls then the service I went in for were open recalls for airbags never fixed it light on dashboard comes on a yr lat stop answering or returning my calls then the service I went in for were open recalls for airbags never fixed it light on dashboard comes on a yr later smfh they are suppose to be a high class dealership they service is about as good as wendys drive thru suppose to be free service for recalls ended paying 700$ to get window fixed never again will I go there More

After dealing with the service department at Orange Cty. Mercedes, I will never buy/lease another Mercedes again. From missing a nail in my tire that could be seen with the naked eye (the reason I brought Mercedes, I will never buy/lease another Mercedes again. From missing a nail in my tire that could be seen with the naked eye (the reason I brought the car in), to mis-aligning wheels to the extent I had to replace all 4 tires on a 2020 vehicle with 21,000 miles on it, to delaying/misrepresenting or just not responding to my inquiries re: the status of repairs subject to an insurance claim - which, per the service manager, would have been done in 2 weeks, had I paid out of pocket, but have now been pending for more than 6 weeks with no end in sight… I’ve had wonderful experiences with other Mercedes dealerships, and the poor quality of service at Orange Cty has is inexcusable. More
