Frankie at Acura of Denville was great. I was in the process of finishing my lease and wanted to buy the vehicle. This time around, it was (dare I say) almost pleasant! We negotiated most of the pricing on line. I came in at 2 PM and drove out by 5 PM with my car - and that included all the prep, Cilajet and me having to go home and get the title for my trade-in.
