They Are very easy to work with, friendly, personable and Experienced Professionals Unlike most typical nagging car salespeople you find at most dealerships. We always have our cars serviced there as well. Never felt we were being upsold on a service we didn't need. Very friendly and accommodating, particularly when time consuming service is needed with loaner cars. Knowing I was looking at the new RDX, at my final service, they made one available to me as a loaner for 2 days. More

I had another deal on the table but for some reason I was a little weary of the deal I was offered - seemed to good to be true. Long story short after I received a very pleasant phone call from Frankie at Acura of Denville, i tried to confirm the deal I was presented and could not get a straight answer from my current dealer. Frankie followed up with me the next day and made it impossible to say no even though his offer was more than what my current dealer offered. This industry still has some liars and shady business practices which is why I highly recommend Acura of Denville, Frankie and his team. They’re the real deal and trustworthy. Also need to mention Matt Armstrong was awesome to deal with. He knows those RDXs inside and out and the finance guy Mark was very thorough with our paperwork. As always I wanted to shop the deal around which is now made easier through internet sales. I was extremely surprised when my request was answered by Frankie who is the general sales manager. It was nice to know I was dealing with the person who makes the final decisions. Within in a few emails we had a deal ready and a couple hours later we had our NEW car! Frankie made us feel at home, he greeted us the minute we walked through the doors, offered us food/drinks, and was very personable. Pete went through the new Car and its features in detail, he was the best! This was by far the fastest and most seamless car deal I have ever been through! A big thank you to Frankie, Pete, Mike, and Acura of Denville Team! We will definitely be back! More

Michael took me out for a test drive of the RDX and explained all of the features and bells and whistles of the updated car. He was very patient as I made my decisions about car, price, color, packages, etc. He came in on his day off to get my new car ready at my convenience.
