He made sure to answer all my questions without rushing me and gave me clear options on what my car payment would be without any hidden fees. He was also patient and understanding when I asked for additional information. The process was very efficient and the car was ready for pick up within a few days. I just purchased my 2023 Hyundai Tucson last week and it was an amazing experience! Key Hyundai of Salem was my first stop out of five different appointments and it was the best experience. Complete ease with no pressure. Dylan Woo was my salesperson and he was so great at listening for what my husband and I needed. He gave me different options at a range of price points based on our needs. His team also helped in providing a really fun experience. My husband and I left that dealership with the information we needed as we went to other dealerships to test drive other vehicles. We were upfront with visiting other dealerships and still no pressure. We really felt that Dylan and his team just wanted us to make the best decision for us. It is clear that they had confidence in their cars and their service. At the end of the day, we immediately came back to Key Hyundai to move forward with the Tucson.
