If you purchased a maintenance/service agreement for your vehicle, we will honor it — we just need a copy of the contract so we can verify the coverage and terms. Since the dealership has changed ownership since the time of your purchase, the only agreements we’re currently able to view in our system are the contracts provided by the previous ownership.
