I took my car in for recall. Got there at 12:20pm told the worker I was going to wait. Car was not ready until 3:40. I felt it could have done a little quicker. My husband brought my car in for my scheduled appointment and sat in the lobby for TWO HOURS before he finally overheard someone saying that the service department was unable to lift vehicles up and couldn’t and sat in the lobby for TWO HOURS before he finally overheard someone saying that the service department was unable to lift vehicles up and couldn’t work on them. So many people waited for SO long, took off work, hired babysitters, etc and no one even called them or us to let anyone know that they were unable to service vehicles that day. THEN when he reschedules the appointment, it takes THREE HOURS for an oil change. So he had to take off work again and sit around waiting. So frustrating. The lack of communication is awful and will make me refer everyone away from this dealership after having so many problems here. Not to mention they’ve been unable to fix a tire monitor issue thats been a problem since I drove off the lot almost a year ago. My car sat at the dealership over the holidays for 19 days and the same light came back on my dash 2 days later. I have picture proof of everything. More
