We approached Nissan knowing we were not buying a car that day. Franz met all of our needs and supported our choices. He made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle of our choice. Therefore we went back the next day to purchase our 2nd Nissan. I highly recommend Franz Hernandez to anyone! UPDATE: 3 weeks after purchasing our Nissan Pathfinder, it ended up getting towed to the Roseville auto mall. The battery died. Roseville Nissan said since the car was just purchased this is something that should have been replaced since the replacement date is in September. When I was making phone calls to Nissan, the recording said you get a free tank of gas when purchasing your new vehicle. I was disappointed that did not happen in our experience.
