Exceptional customer service I started going to this dealership in 2015. I was introduced to Ms. Betty Purgason who assisted in my purchase of a new car. Her professionalism and I started going to this dealership in 2015. I was introduced to Ms. Betty Purgason who assisted in my purchase of a new car. Her professionalism and knowledge was awesome. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to make a decision. Four months later I returned and purchased another vehicle. During the last three years I have been very impressed with the service department. During routine maintenance appointments the service consultants like Fred Duran, were great to work with. Sergio, my salesman, listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, led me directly to the vehicle type I was interested in, & did not waste my time (nor his) in trying to change my thinking over to another vehicle class. The whole transaction, including the paperwork was very smooth. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at North Park.
