Frank Guerrero service was great explained service issue and cost to repair he followed up with me and I was able to reach him whenever I had a question. Gave me his cell no. I've been coming to this location for many years with my current Corolla and the one that I bought before. My prior Corolla also still comes to get service here. I've been very aware that your prices are much higher than if I found an independent servicer, but for convenience I didn't mind paying a few hundred extra. Even taking a few hours, 2:00 to 3:00 just to get my oil changed, never really bothered me because I have plenty of medical paperwork I can do. However, when my boyfriend brought my 2019 Corolla and wanted y'all to take a look at the air conditioner, y'all brushed them off without even looking at it. It. You only did the scheduled maintenance today, when I visited with a legitimate problem and I was just there last month, it took 2 and 1/2 hours for a service technician to stick your handheld device into the car to give me a diagnostic code reading. That was pretty much the end for me. I will not be doing business with y'all anymore and I've already found an independent mechanic that will be servicing all of my vehicles as of today. More
