Never was told vehicle was ready after being parked for 15 minutes. On the area to be picked up. After leaving parking lot. Tires were all showing. Low pressure. Came back and Fred called attention because 15 minutes. On the area to be picked up. After leaving parking lot. Tires were all showing. Low pressure. Came back and Fred called attention because my car is supposed to have received the 25,000 inspection. And I guess it was not done correctly. So the guys that did the air were very unprofessional and had an attitude with us. Have never been treated that way. I’ve been speaking to different supervisors since the last 5000 miles on my 20 Thousand miles. Inspection Several Things were damaged when I Got my carpet was fixed and items that were damage were ordered and are supposed to get fixed and painted scratches done on my vehicle and up to this point nothing has been done or repaired. Still waiting for there to be a rental to get this situation fixed and it’s already been 10,000 miles. More
