Great buying experience. Fred made our car shopping experience very pleasant. He was quick to meet us in the lot, and was able to answers all our questions. He was very patient with us as we drove a couple different models in making our decision. We did a lot of shopping on line but when we went to the dealer and Fred came to help we had a instance connection and we knew we wanted to buy our new car from him. This is our second purchase from Lexus of Chattanooga and it will diffidently not be our last. Great dealership! More

Happy I checked here! I'd been looking in Atlanta for the best deal. But on a whim decided to give this dealership a chance when I found a car I was interested in. My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from Fred. A Lexus for myself and my daughter’s 1st adult purchase, a BMW. We gave Fred the wrong information on my daughter’s trade in (100% a mistake, we felt horrib for myself and my daughter’s 1st adult purchase, a BMW. Greatest Car buying Experience ever! My husband and I are still sharing our experience with family, friends and coworkers about the great customer service we received. We have purchased our Lexus vehicles in past from Atlanta dealers without ever considering shopping outside of our hometown of Atlanta. We made one call requesting info and a competitive price from Lexus of Chattanooga. And after speaking with what we consider to be the most professional and polite salesman we had encountered in 5 attempts to other dealerships. We loaded up and headed to Chattanooga to purchase our wonderful new Lexus. Fred Fortson was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable.
