As soon as we met Fred we knew he was the salesperson for us From the minute we met Fred we knew we had found our new home to purchase our vehicle from. We live 2 hours from this dealership definitely not the closest, but worth the drive to be treated fairly and deal with people that have integrity! We did go to other dealerships. First thing they want is a copy of your license. Fred, had never met us before in his life and we were looking at the LS 460. He said, take it for a drive. I asked if he would go with us. He said, if you want me to, but it's not necessary. He treated us like a human beings, not criminals. We plan to buy many more cars from Fred Fortson! More

Don't buy an LC 500 Lexus here I purchased two new Lexus vehicles from this dealership within a span of six months. On the first vehicle, a 2016 ES 350, I received a key number pla I purchased two new Lexus vehicles from this dealership within a span of six months. On the first vehicle, a 2016 ES 350, I received a key number plate. On the second vehicle purchase, an LC 500, I did not receive a key number plate. Despite repeated phone calls to the salesman and sales manager, no one will call me back to give me an explanation as to where my key number plate is for the second vehicle. More

Excellent Experience in purchasing a vehicle Very professional and courteous salesman and staff. Prompt responses to questions, pricing and concerns. Fred dedicated sufficient time to ensure my Very professional and courteous salesman and staff. Prompt responses to questions, pricing and concerns. Fred dedicated sufficient time to ensure my wife understood and was familiar with the technical aspects of the car. Although it was a Friday and a long day for him, Fred made sure we were comfortable with the sale and his actions and demeanor sent a strong signal that his customers were his first priority. My initial contact with Fred impressed me to the point that I quickly made a decision to purchase in Chattanooga rather than at a dealership closer to home. Fred is definitely an asset to your dealership and you could not have a better ambassador for your sales department. The only aspect of the experience that could have been better was the detailing of the car. This is no reflection on Fred, the outside and interior of the car looked fine. I do have high expectations for detail work and the not-so-obvious places on the car had not been cleaned. The inside of the gas cover, and crevices where the trunk and doors close had not been cleaned. This is unusual for Lexus, I have always been impressed with the detail of a car, even after a service is performed. Part of the problem could have been the timing of the sale, there was not much lag time between the sale and when I picked the car up. I locked down the deal on Friday and then proceeded to the dealership to get the car. More
