Fred was informative, patient, and helpful! Thanks! We were not sure what type of car we were looking for exactly, and Fred was informative by showing us around the lot and discussing the features and d We were not sure what type of car we were looking for exactly, and Fred was informative by showing us around the lot and discussing the features and details of the various makes and models that were within our budget. When we settled on the corolla, he was very helpful and patient by allowing us to test-drive two different cars, with both me and my husband taking turns driving. We came back to the lot several times in the following days to ask further questions, and Fred was always polite and helpful. When we finally were ready to buy the car, Fred worked with us to get a good deal, and Fernando walked us through all our questions and paperwork. Finally, after we bought the car and realized we were missing a set of keys, Fred took it on himself to ensure that a new set was made for us, free of charge. Thanks for all your help, Fred! We love our car! More
