I have used Mercedes Benz of Natick, MA for service, new brakes/rotors and for flats and other issues for many years now. The work of the service technicians here is excellent- their work will not let you brakes/rotors and for flats and other issues for many years now. The work of the service technicians here is excellent- their work will not let you down, unlike some other places I have tried. The service advisors and their manager are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They care about establishing a good relationship with their customers, and this alone is a great reason to take your car here for service. The fact that they will fix it well is the cherry on top. I plan on returning the next time I need a repair or service as this is truly a great service department. More
