A Great Experience for a First Time Car Buyer I recently bought a 2019 Honda Civic EX from Valley Honda in Aurora, IL. I had previously researched car dealerships online and chose Valley Honda bas I recently bought a 2019 Honda Civic EX from Valley Honda in Aurora, IL. I had previously researched car dealerships online and chose Valley Honda based on their positive reviews. As a first time car buyer the experience of such a large purchase can be intimidating. However, Fred Sims and Jab Rahman expertly guided me throughout the process of buying my first car. Fred Sims was very knowledgable on every aspect of the Honda Civic and gave me a detailed walkthrough of all the features prior to the test drive. He was able to explain the differences between the various Civic models. Fred was laid back from the start and made the car buying process fun. I was given a tour of the entire facility including the maintenance garage. Fred was able to answer all my questions and concerns prior to the purchase of the car. Refreshments were offered every time I stopped in. Jab Rahman helped me find the car that I wanted and check the inventory for the specific color I had in mind. Jab was very helpful and and was an expert on what they currently had available in their inventory. He explained the different options that were available and made the process of getting the car I wanted a breeze. He also handled the finance end of things and was able to answer any questions or confusion I had. Fred made the paperwork aspect of the deal very easy and painless. He was very low pressure which I greatly appreciated. Buying a car can be a stressful experience. However, I always felt that I was in good hands. After the purchase of the car Fred and Jab went above and beyond my expectations. They actually stayed around after closing to talk and give me insight about the car and what to expect. Fred stayed with me to give me one last tour of the car before I drove it off the lot. He again answered any questions I had and even explained the best route I could take home to avoid tolls. I appreciated his sincereness and I can tell that he loves what he does. He never seemed rushed even at the end of the night and truly cared about offering the best buying experience he could. Overall, I had a perfect experience at Valley Honda. I sincerely could not have asked for two better people to work with. (Fred Sims and Jab Rahman) They set the bar high and exceeded my expectations. More

He listened, explained things, listened some more and cared about what the customer actually wants. I had skeptically and reluctantly clicked on an E-Price (thinking oh great they are gonna hound me), but I wanted to know if it would be a great deal. And I wanted to know if they actually had that car there at their dealership. It was, they did, and they didn't hound me! Julie, the manager only contacted me to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was nice. They even did one better, I am a fair person, knew I couldn't get the rate and the deal combined but somehow they managed to get if for me! Fred gave us a tour of the place, very impressive! They have it all and they are busy, which only means people like this place! Water stations, Starbucks coffee stations, cell phone hook ups, and many TVs, along with great seating. The finance guy was great too (didn't get his name or card unfortunately) he deserves credit as well. There was no arguing or force hard selling he was straight, to the point, quick and pleasant. I have been recommending this place to everyone who is looking to buy a new car. More

First of all, want to thank you for recommending Repair Shop after I got into the accident ( 1 week before signing up for Financing Honda Accord 2019 ) who truly saved my life , proving that the car is no longer safe to drive ( making it total loss ), when Insurance tried to send me to Repair Shops were the car would get fixed, making an estimate for repairs for $7,000 which was ridiculous. Even after this stressful situation, I will come only to Fred to take another car for financing . Since he is the one who I truly can rely on after all. Most important , he will not push you to buy something you do not want or do not need. He cares about your priorities first !!! Thank you Fred for being a unique one in sales industry !
