He also had a “demo” car waiting for me to road test. He saved me a lot of time due to being prepared with the details of what I was looking for. The day I bought the car Frederick greeted me immediately. I found him to be extremely friendly and super knowledgeable about all aspects of the CRV. He explained everything I needed to know and then took me to the demo and explained every feature that the car had to offer, I was amazed at his knowledge. He answered every question I had in a very understandable manner. I was “over-the-top” satisfied with my whole experience at Valley Honda. (Especially Frederick)! More

Never thought I’d enjoy going to a car dealership I highly recommend visiting Valley Honda and working with Fred! I visited the first time, late one Tuesday getting there only about 45 minutes prior t I highly recommend visiting Valley Honda and working with Fred! I visited the first time, late one Tuesday getting there only about 45 minutes prior to 9pm, their closing time. I hoped to try out one specific car on the lot, a new, manual transmission Honda Accord, so I didn’t intend to take up too much of their time. Fred was incredibly welcoming and patient, and assured me that he didn’t mind showing me the car although they were about to close. He had found the car and had it outside waiting for a test drive within about 10 minutes of my arrival. He took the time to explain every detail and feature (something they didn’t do when I visited another nearby Honda dealership immediately prior to this one.) I left that night with what I felt was a great offer on the new car as well as my trade in. I came back the next morning to buy the car, and thanks to the work of Fred and Mario everything went smoothly and efficiently. I’d never thought much about buying a Honda before, but I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this dealership again, if I was in the market for a Honda or not. Not only is it immaculate, but everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. It was definitely a non-stressful, no pressure, enjoyable experience! More

Don't bother going to any other Honda dealerships in Dupage After gathering various quotes and assessing what a good deal would be on a new Odyssey, I came into Valley so they could assess my trade-in's value. After gathering various quotes and assessing what a good deal would be on a new Odyssey, I came into Valley so they could assess my trade-in's value. Not only did they give my lightly driven Sorento the value I thought appropriate, they met me on a great deal for the car too. The customer service and facility were unmatched compared to other dealerships we visited. JD and then Fred were both very kind and accommodating. Fred went especially above and beyond as we brought in our two young kids when making the final purchase, going so far as to do the paperwork in the kids' area (which was a life saver). My only criticism is how despite filling out information online, sending in copies of required documentation and having already negotiated trade-in and car price, the process can still take so long. Granted, Fred did his best to keep things going (even removing our car seats for us), but there has to be a way in 2018 to make this process faster. So, by all means be prudent and get quotes and visit other dealerships, but you'll probably end up back at Valley. More

From the moment I walked into Valley, I was treated with the utmost respect. I am a single mom who had to bring her 2 and 4 year olds on 2 separate visits. Fred Sims, my salesman, was kind, respectful, and patient with my overly detailed questions. He talked to my kids with genuine interest in what they liked about school, what they like playing, and what they were coloring. He made sure we were fed, comfortable, and happy. He went out of his way to make sure I felt educated to make the best decision for my family. When we came to get the car, my kids gave him something they colored for him and he accepted this small gift with a genuine gratitude. Fred Sims made this the best possible experience for me and without a doubt, I highly recommend him and Valley Honda! More
