I specifically wanted to purchase a new bz4x through Fred Williams because of my previous experience of buying a certified pre-owned highlander through him. You can tell this man loves what he does and that he really cares for people. Over the last couple of months Fred took care of me from start to finish. He processed my down payment to hold an incoming bz4x, several times kept me updated with the status of its arrival, had a bz4x expert (Martha Inigez) to walk me through the technology and test drive, patiently processed our paperwork, and stayed late to spend time after closing to give my wife and me words of encouragement before we drove off the lot.
