New car purchased Came in to test a used Corolla however it didn’t have the features we wanted. Fred was very helpful and understanding of what we wanted in the car. Waited 15 years for a car buying experience like this! I had had my previous Camry for 15 years and it was a great car. So, for my next I was looking to stick the same model. However, based on my experie I had had my previous Camry for 15 years and it was a great car. So, for my next I was looking to stick the same model. However, based on my experience 15 years ago in Ohio, what I wasn’t looking forward to was the car buying process. So, I reached out to a friend that on where to look and immediately said I had to talk to Fred Williams at Longo Toyota. Fred was great during the entire process and was able to help me find what I was looking. For the car buying experience it was simply awesome. Yet sometimes you see people at work and you can tell it is more than just a job to them. Fred is one of those people. As we walked through different department completing my car buying process, not only did it seem he knew most of the co-workers on this 50 acre campus but he warmly greeted each and everyone of them. Great guy who is concerned about you and your needs; not just getting you into a car. Even if I wait another 15 years to buy my next car I would look forward to working with Fred again! More
