While making the appointment over the phone, I gave the parts department the year, make and model of my Highlander. I wanted a new key made. The wrong part was ordered. I needed a separate remote, not j parts department the year, make and model of my Highlander. I wanted a new key made. The wrong part was ordered. I needed a separate remote, not just the key with the lock/unlock button. The remote needed to be ordered and the appointment rescheduled. The impression I got was that this was my mistake? I never received a "Hey, sorry you have to come back in. We should have known this based upon the year, make and model; or we should have asked more questions." More
