I came to get an oil change and got several other recommendations of things that needed replacement. I opted for the oil change as well as filter and wiper change. I later on decided to get a second recommendations of things that needed replacement. I opted for the oil change as well as filter and wiper change. I later on decided to get a second opinion with another mechanic to see if all the other recommendations were necessary only to find out that Toyota only did the oil change and not replaced the other items I requested to be changed, they charged me for. Additionally, the other recommendations they gave did not need replacement. Will not be taking my car to be serviced there anymore. It only takes one bad experience. More
