Jason Caukin is the worst.

Jason told my husband we were not allowed to return back there. This is not the 1st time I heard someone say this about him. Juan is very pleasant and professional and helpful, so is the receptionist.

Thanks for your feedback and we appreciate your business.
I will review what transpired and the tech notes as well as my informaton from the Fair Lawn PD and my service managers. You came in on 2/15 with a burnt out wiper motor that was damaged during an ice storm. We advised you the item was on back orderand would take a week to come in. The vehcile has a warratany under your wifes name and it was intitally declined beacuse the warranty company wanted an authorization from the person the cars name and warranty is under. That was resolved after you got a letter from that person that the repairs are authorized. These claims are out of our control.
on 2/23 you came in to have the wiper motor installed under the warranty and have a check engine light diagnosed. The wiper motor was replaced and the check engine light was due to rodent damage on an engine wiring harness. We did manage to get the wiring harness covered under the warranty even though its not a mecahnical defect they allowed it after a few calls.
On 3/4 you returned, with a check engine light that was on due to the pin that was on the new wiring harness being faulty. The pin was adjusted and reseated.
On 3/7 you picked up the vehicile and came back into the service drive claiming there is a rattle under the hood with a suspension problem due to us putting the vehicle on the lift incorrectly according to you. The vehcile was not put on the lift, the repairs are in the engine compartment and that was explained to you by Jayson. You were adsvied that although we did not damage that we would be happy to look at for you. You decided to curse, yell and scream in our service department . You were explained at that time that the his extended warranty is accepted at any Toyota and if you feel that we are incompetent of repairing this vehicle you are more than welcome to go to any Toyota to verify that repairs were performed correctly. You then cotinued to rant and yell and call my service manager names.
You were then advise that at this point since you werent accepting this we can no longer help you. You then threatened my service manager with phsyiscal harm and were told to stop or the police would be called. After you continued to threaten my service manager and another manager we opted to call the police. You also kept telling my manager to go outside with you so you could fight him stating you would beat his as*. All this is on tape and with audio.
The police were called and you were advised by the officer that you were now on private proety and asked to leave. We opted to not press charges for the threats. My management team on duty did opt to tell you via the police that since they were threatened you are no longer welcome at our shop.
I understand your frustration from the inital delay and back order and I appreciate the feedback. Our staff is pushing to provide a positive and safe experience for all of our customers during these hard times. We have no control over delays and back orders.
