I like that I can deal with Fulton in service. He makes the experience more personal. The other service advisors could be a little more friendly. It seems that if they are not dealing directly with me I am the experience more personal. The other service advisors could be a little more friendly. It seems that if they are not dealing directly with me I am ignored. They should speak to and greet everyone if they expect us (customers) to feel welcome to Ganley. I leave feeling they couldn’t care less about me and are only focused on $$. More
