I could not believe the exceptional level of service I experienced the morning I came to Shottenkirk. I was originally under the impression my vehicle would only take a short amount of time to complete, experienced the morning I came to Shottenkirk. I was originally under the impression my vehicle would only take a short amount of time to complete, but when Alex, my service advisor told me of a separate issue, he already had a ride for me so that I didn't miss a beat! He even brought me a cup of coffee! He is a stellar employee and exemplifies the highest of standards that Shottenkirk displays. Please, for the sake of your business make sure he is thoroughly compensated for the value he provides your dealership. I have also had several encounters with Garland Robinson and all I can say is "WOW!" Her leadership and enthusiasm is clearly evident in the way she treats other employees. The process was fantastic, had to make the salesman go back more then he should, I understand negotiating is part of the process, but when someone says the payment they’re willing to pay, don’t come back back more then he should, I understand negotiating is part of the process, but when someone says the payment they’re willing to pay, don’t come back with a number that’s $400 higher, just to have to come down to where it should started off at to begin with.
