Comments on recent service There was a slight delay when I arrived, due to only one service advisor on duty. Other than that the service was done in a timely manner. After I drove home (approximately 10 miles) I rechecked the lug bolt torque as I usually do. There were 4 lug nuts that were slightly loose. I retorqued them to the recommended 125 ft-lbs of torque. No problems, just noting a small concern. I have done this after every service since vehicle was new and this is first time that any have been loose. More

Everything was fine, except that they didn't let me know that my car was ready 🙃. I have no idea how long I waited, unnecessarily. Didn't change the oil filter when they did the oil change I caught their service dept doing a crappy oil change when they did NOT change the filter! I showed the service manager James Moore where the previous I caught their service dept doing a crappy oil change when they did NOT change the filter! I showed the service manager James Moore where the previous OEM filter was still on the car. He looked and agreed they do not carry that filter AND he had their service tech re-change the oil with a filter. Obviously the tech was pissed and did a hurry rush job, he scratched my fender with his belt buckle and left grease on the fender as well !! What a punk. I have a new name for this Dealership....I call it SHODDYWORK from now on More
