Jordan went MORE than above & beyond to help get me into my new car. I have been going through tough times, as many of us have, and my lease was coming to its end. Funds have been very tight after being ill my new car. I have been going through tough times, as many of us have, and my lease was coming to its end. Funds have been very tight after being ill for quite some time and I was so fearful I would have to turn in my lease and be carless, which we all know causes more stress, and other modes of transport can get quite pricey. In addition, two recent “soft checks” on my credit made my ability to have a lower deposit and monthly payment absolutely impossible. But not with Jordan as my salesman! Jordan spent countless HOURS doing his magic to assure I would be getting into a new car in an honest, possible, and realistic way. Above and beyond is an understatement, he honestly TRULY cares. To be honest, I am not the biggest fan of car shopping due to the bad rap that dealers have, HOWEVER, Jordan goes to his greatest lengths to assure you are getting into a safe, reliable, and not to mention beautiful car. He took every call, text, and email; and if he missed it, he was on the phone responding in mere minutes. He was available to me literally 24/7. I had fears about a new car and my current financial situation; and not only did he make it possible for me to drive off the lot in my dream car, but he showed TRUE concern and answered my 755 questions throughout the entire process. Even today I stopped by the dealership for some clarification on some of the new features my RAV4 offers; Jordan dropped everything immediately and got in the car and walked me through every setting and feature. He truly will stop at nothing to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with your vehicle purchase. I think of Jordan as an acquaintance/friend now because of his unwavering dedication to not only myself but all of his customers. Jordan has brought back my faith in the car sales industry, and I never am left feeling like a burden or bother. He also connected me with an amazing insurance company and personally worked with the agent to assure I was getting the very best rate and coverage. He has checked in on me to assure I am safe, comfortable, and happy in my new wheels. Seriously, I’m blown away by his professionalism and bed side manner, you can truly FEEL his compassion and his personal passion for what he does. I hope to stay in this area and always have Jordan as my go-to “car guy.” Thanks you Ed Morse Toyota, and mostly Jordan King for making a once very stressful life event actually a legitimate pleasure. I’ve been a customer of Delray Toyota since 2008 when I bought my RAV4 there. I’ve had it serviced there through the years and today, with my C-HR that I bought there, Gabby in service is one of the BEST! bought my RAV4 there. I’ve had it serviced there through the years and today, with my C-HR that I bought there, Gabby in service is one of the BEST! However, dealing with the parts department recently, I left angry and disappointed. The man who was answering the phone in parts, who is definitely in need of more training on using the phone, told me he had the wipers that I needed for my C-HR. When I went to the dealership to get them, he told me he didn’t have the passenger side one and he would special order it and it would be in the next day. I paid for all 3 and he told me he would call when they came in. He didn't call me and when I called a few days later to see if it came in, he kept putting my call on hold and never came back to talk. After 7 attempts to talk to him, he said the blade was in. When I went to Delray Toyota with my 2 wipers, I find out they were the wrong ones that the parts department guy, Roosevelt, told me that they were for my car. After telling the Service Department Manager, Chacho, about the ordeal with my wipers, not being called to let me know they were in, being sold the wrong ones and the awful phone protocol of being put on hold right away 7 times, Chacho was nasty, curt and unapologetic about the total experience with his department. I would suggest that Roosevelt be retrained in phone etiquette, as well as being more knowledgeable and careful in selling parts to customers. As for the Parts Department Manager, who told me he has been there about a 1 1/2 years, he needs to be retrained in Customer Satisfaction and not have a nasty attitude when he is told that his department falls short of what I’ve know Delray Toyota to be in all the years I’ve been going there for Sales and service of my Toyotas. Nasty Manager and incompetent Parts salesman. More

I recently visited Toyota to have my tie rod replaced. My service Man Marc Berger. Was great and took good care of me I made my appointment within 24 hours my car was repaired I would recommend Toyota repair service Man Marc Berger.
