Worst Service Department in History Brought pre-owned vehicle less than a week ago. Took it for service and it set for two days before someone even looked at the car. The service center Brought pre-owned vehicle less than a week ago. Took it for service and it set for two days before someone even looked at the car. The service center to very poor and needs to be reorganized with new experienced staff. Remember the sales team gets you the customer but the service team keeps the customer. Poor service equals high customer turnover and loss of business. More
