Took my GMC Sierra in for its second oil change. The service advisors greeted me immediately and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. Gabe verified my service visit and took my keys, told me to expect and hour to hour and a half. Almost to the exact minute one hour later my truck was ready. Gabe advised me that my engine air filter and cabin air filter were in good shape but likely due for replacement at the next service. I appreciate his honesty and no attempt for a upsell for stuff i don’t need or asked for. Very impressed with George Moore service department customer service. Would recommend them to anyone with GM vehicle. More

Very low staffed. Left my vehicle 4 days during last weekend to have it looked on Monday. Tuesday they still were not able to look at it and asked me to bring it bac Left my vehicle 4 days during last weekend to have it looked on Monday. Tuesday they still were not able to look at it and asked me to bring it back Friday. Brought it Friday and took until Wednesday following week to get done. Didn't have the parts, ordered the wrong parts and then didn't have someone to work on my vehicle. Very poor experience. More
