Tons of open appointments, but when I got there I was told they would have to keep my car for 24-48 hours JUST to diagnose the car (the only thing wrong with it was the shocks, it was definitely nothing told they would have to keep my car for 24-48 hours JUST to diagnose the car (the only thing wrong with it was the shocks, it was definitely nothing complicated. The tech said “because of how many cars they had”…Firestone figured it out as soon as they lifted it…about 15 mins, and did the repair the next day. Why have so many available appointments if you’re not going to have enough techs to action the work?? Then they won’t give me a loaner or comp a rental because “I didn’t buy the car from them” I’ll never be back, absolutely trash. Do better! More

Took my GMC Sierra in for its second oil change. The service advisors greeted me immediately and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. Gabe verified my service visit and took my keys, t The service advisors greeted me immediately and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. Gabe verified my service visit and took my keys, told me to expect and hour to hour and a half. Almost to the exact minute one hour later my truck was ready. Gabe advised me that my engine air filter and cabin air filter were in good shape but likely due for replacement at the next service. I appreciate his honesty and no attempt for a upsell for stuff i don’t need or asked for. Very impressed with George Moore service department customer service. Would recommend them to anyone with GM vehicle. More
