However, over the years, my passion shifted to the automotive industry, where I’ve found my true calling. I’ve been dedicated to helping customers find the perfect car or truck since 2006, and I’ve spent the last 14 years at Transwest GMC, where I’ve had the pleasure of building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through their vehicle-buying journey. The entire staff was pleasant to work with! They didn't use high pressure sales tactics, which is such a breath of fresh air comparing to other dealerships. Everyone was very helpful and focused on making sure that every question I had was answered thoroughly. Will absolutely be recommending friends and family to buy from this dealership and will certainly be returning next time I am in the market. In particular, Rafael was fantastic with communication. He was readily available anytime I had another question and always got answers quickly. Fantastic staff here. Other dealerships in the area should strive to offer the level of service this dealership provides. More

Honestly it is always refreshing when you can go to dealer and not feel pressured to jump into a vehicle you're not ready for. I’d like Brandon and Gabe, who work at Trandwest GMC. I know this is on Bob’s review page but under Bob‘s leadership these two individuals did a fantastic job for me. This was a multi state over the phone deal and they executed flawlessly. I’ve never purchased a car over the phone/Internet but they made it seamless and when I flew into pick up my truck it was fueled up and detailed ready to go. I can’t say enough about Brandon‘s attention to detail. He really did a wonderful job and I would recommend him as your sales person. Gabe did a great job on the financing. Piz got me in and out and provided me with a flash drive with all my documentation. Five stars does not seem enough, but that’s as high as they go on this rating page. Thanks again. More
