When I bought my 2025 RAV4 I was told that I will get oil changed every 5000 miles which is a lie then I should get free Toyota Connection Services for 5 years which is a lie then when I checked my car after changed every 5000 miles which is a lie then I should get free Toyota Connection Services for 5 years which is a lie then when I checked my car after being in for 10k service, they did not check coolant and it's low. One star overall experience! More

When I purchased my 2025 Prius, I was told that remote start was included, but now I got email stating it will cost $15 per month to have it after May 3rd. I am 80 years old and on a fixed income, so i g start was included, but now I got email stating it will cost $15 per month to have it after May 3rd.
