The dealership is packed with amenities for customers, and the availability of valet service was a huge selling point due to our busy life! Our sales representative Earl was fantastic to work with from the very beginning, he listened to my concerns as well as my must-haves and he absolutely delivered on the car and experience as a whole. There was no uncomfortable haggling on the price nor gaps in communication. We were waiting on the vehicle delivery for a couple of weeks and Earl consistently communicated with us providing updates. I’m loving my first Lexus and hope to be a Lexus owner for the rest of my life! More
