When I picked up my New Lexus, I was Celebrated and Welcomed into the Lexus Family in such Heartwarming and Memorable Way:)!! My Lexus was wrapped in a satin red tarp with a large red bow on the top, and several employees were gathered around ringing bells to celebrate and welcome me to the family:)!! Once the red tarp was removed, and I saw my New Copper Crest Lexus, I felt Happy, Excited, and Proud to be the New Owner of a Lexus NX350h:)!! WOW… That was truly a Heartfelt experience that I will Never forget:)!!! I truly feel like a member of the Lexus family:)!! The dealer is a solid hour and ten minutes from my house but I am happy to make the drive. Everybody I met greeted me with a smile.
