The Akron-Canton Lexus dealership is like No Other dealership that I have dealt with in purchasing a new car:)!!! Tammy, Keri, Gabe, Eric, Tristan, and Ruth went Above and Beyond to make my experienc dealership that I have dealt with in purchasing a new car:)!!! Tammy, Keri, Gabe, Eric, Tristan, and Ruth went Above and Beyond to make my experience of purchasing my first Lexus a First Rate experience:)!! I was Valued and Celebrated:)!! When I picked up my New Lexus, I was Celebrated and Welcomed into the Lexus Family in such Heartwarming and Memorable Way:)!! My Lexus was wrapped in a satin red tarp with a large red bow on the top, and several employees were gathered around ringing bells to celebrate and welcome me to the family:)!! Once the red tarp was removed, and I saw my New Copper Crest Lexus, I felt Happy, Excited, and Proud to be the New Owner of a Lexus NX350h:)!! WOW… That was truly a Heartfelt experience that I will Never forget:)!!! I truly feel like a member of the Lexus family:)!! I will continue to visit the dealership for regular maintenance and frequent washing of my Beautiful New Lexus NX350h:)!!!
