Sales team and inventory was spot on. Only issue i had was with the “number” guys behind the glass wall. They wanted to play games but the sales management folks stepped and made it right. was with the “number” guys behind the glass wall. I had supplier discount so there was no negotiation. Cons There was no negotiation, so I saw what you could not negotiate away. Didn’t like the must pay and must take $1999 Dealer prep package. I didn’t want any of the items (Nitrogen in tires, wheel locks, and “ Two free oil changes”) this is a Upper Management decision to make more money. More

Air Conditioner left un-repaired after 5 appointments My experience began in April 2020 when the air conditioning in my 2014 Mazda 6 stopped blowing cold air. I visited for Service via a recommendation fr My experience began in April 2020 when the air conditioning in my 2014 Mazda 6 stopped blowing cold air. I visited for Service via a recommendation from a friend, and was quoted $1,500 to repair a few parts that would resolve the issue, and would allow for cold air. Knowing that my vehicle was a few years old and would have an additionally lowered value towards a trade in with no AC ($5,000) I decided to proceed with the repair. The AC remained cold for about 3 weeks, then slowly began to get hot again. Using an infrared thermometer I checked my AC daily, and the repaired 30 degree AC slowly shifted up to 140 degrees. I returned for a second appointment in May, where they repaired a few additional pieces. I then went through a pattern where the AC would remain cold for about 2 weeks, I’d bring it back in and have a few more random things replaced which would last about 2 weeks, then I’d have to bring it back in. All over the course of 4 months, 5 appointments, countless Ubers back and forth, and weeks where I was simply left without a car. My final visit was with Bob at the end of July, and after describing the recurring issues and how this would be my fifth visit, he waved his hands over my blowing AC and said “this doesn’t feel that hot”. Leading me to feel he didn’t find my recurring issue valid. My vehicle was in for about one week when I called for an update, and Bob let me know it hadn’t even been looked at yet. I finally believed there wouldn’t be a solution to my issue, and my $1,500 “investment” towards a repair would be wasted. After speaking with a few Managers, Gabe (who I see listed here under Sales, not Management) and Aryssa (not listed) regarding my situation, their provided options were to trade my vehicle in at $5,000 for something new, or complete another repair of $4,000 in addition to the original $1,500. Which at $5,5000 of repairs, I could’ve just traded in from the beginning and saved 4 months of appointments. I decided to accept my loss, and picked up my vehicle. My expectations for Service were never based on immediate solutions or a perfect experience, and I understood that there could be revisits to accurately find the issue. However, the repeated visits with weeks of waiting, and the disconnect between a solution and what seemed to be an endless cycle of repairing “random parts and hoping it sticks” is unacceptable. And to be left with 4 months of wasted time, $1,500 gone, and an air conditioner that still doesn’t work is an experience I hope no one else has to undergo. Conveniently enough, the link for feedback I was sent from my final visit was no longer valid as I went to write this review. Thankfully I had 4 previous appointments with links to utilize. More
