Very disappointed with my sales experience at this dealership. There were multiple errors in the contract and there wasn’t really room for negotiation. The last time I leased a vehicle from this deale dealership. There were multiple errors in the contract and there wasn’t really room for negotiation. The last time I leased a vehicle from this dealership, the salesman worked with me until I found a car that was just right, both in terms of features and affordability, and even threw in some bonuses to make up for the hours spent at the dealership. But now, the people I dealt with in sales/financing seemed to do the bare minimum to score a sale. More

Bad experience all around. I had an appointment to meet with a salesman, who wasn’t there that day. I got multiple stories as to why, ranging from he always does this, to management sent him to deliver a c with a salesman, who wasn’t there that day. I got multiple stories as to why, ranging from he always does this, to management sent him to deliver a car to another dealership, to his grandmother was sick. Then when they finally got another sales guy, who was nice, a more senior guy stepped in and took over. Then the process took over 5 hours. 5 hours! And they had already taken the tag off my old car, so I couldn’t even leave. I felt like I was a hostage. Not to mention all of their hidden fees!! Somewhere along the way my sunglasses went missing. The car I got was a certified pre-owned, that was supposed to come with 2 sets of keys, but it only had one. They promised me a new set. They ordered a new one and I got a call saying it was ready to be programmed. When I got there the service department had no idea what I was talking about, thought I was paying for it, then said they didn’t have the key anyway. Eventually they found it and figured out which felt was paying for it (wasn’t me). The process that should have taken 20min took about 2hrs plus a whole lot of aggravation. I am happy with the car, but I’m certainly not going back to this dealership. More

I have been to this dealership plenty of times. And for the most part it’s not a headache every time. The service advisors are extremely nice and usually helpful, and most of the employees are pleasant to the most part it’s not a headache every time. The service advisors are extremely nice and usually helpful, and most of the employees are pleasant to be around. They are extremely expensive and take forever to service your vehicle, but they do a good job normally. I brought my vehicle for the 3rd or 4th time in about two years to the dealership because it has been having a problem when idling. After keeping my car for a day they decided they fixed the problem and we could pick it up. The car was having a problem where it would go into limp mode while driving, making it an unsafe and unreliable form of transportation. But nonetheless they said they fixed it so we went to pick it up; within 10 seconds of leaving the dealership the check engine light came on and I brought it straight back to the dealership. They brought it back in the garage and 2 hours later told us they were not going to continue trying to figure out what was wrong with the car unless we paid more money. And this came from the director of service operations himself. He gave us two options: take the car or pay more. And no one knew what was even wrong with the car, it isn’t like they were fixing a problem or replacing parts for me, they were simply just supposed to be helping me find out what is wrong as I am a young female with all these car troubles and I needed help. But nonetheless, it seems this dealership values money over service. More
