I am a returning Rallye BMW customer, and I've been at Rallye several times over the last few weeks to sign a new lease and for service and a replacement part on my existing vehicle. Gabriel Hale made the Rallye several times over the last few weeks to sign a new lease and for service and a replacement part on my existing vehicle. Gabriel Hale made the new lease process really easy. He was patient while I looked at all the models and asked many questions about options, and was not pushy at all when I said I wanted to go to another dealer to see a car in the color I wanted (which Rallye didn't have in inventory). I came back a few days later and made a deal at the right price with little to no fuss. Terence in the service department is great, vet diligent, communicated well, and does excellent work. The parts department got the part I needed in two days and service seamlessly took care of having it painted to match my car. Car dealerships are not always the most fun place to be, but Rallye BMW certainly makes it as good as can be. More
