We purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in April, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. During the financing process, the salesperson did not include all of our household income on and our experience has been extremely disappointing. During the financing process, the salesperson did not include all of our household income on the application. As a result, my wife was added to the loan, which was something we did not want, and we ended up with a monthly payment exceeding $1,000. The finance manager told us he would contact us the next business day to discuss our options for correcting the income information. He never called. I later called the dealership and left a message requesting a return call, but never heard back. I also left a written note for him, and again received no response. About a month later, while bringing our brand-new vehicle in for repairs, I happened to run into the finance manager in person. At that point, he told me there was nothing the dealership could do. I also learned that the dealership completed the pre-buyer's inspection several days after we had already taken delivery of and been driving the vehicle. In addition, it has now been three months and we are still making payments on the vehicle we traded in. The finance manager informed us that the dealership had already sold our trade-in, yet the lien remains in our name and we continue to be responsible for the loan. Overall, our experience has been marked by poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unresolved issues that should have been addressed promptly. More

I had a terrible experience the first time I went to this dealership. Thankfully I went back and met Gabriel. This was my first encounter with a car dealership individual during purchases or otherwise where dealership. Thankfully I went back and met Gabriel. This was my first encounter with a car dealership individual during purchases or otherwise where I didn’t feel rushed or seen as just a sale. I know their aim is to make sales: it’s their living. Gabriel builds relationships though. I trusted him throughout the whole process. It’s years later and the first person who came to mind was him when looking for another purchase. More

The folks who assisted us were knowledgeable and dedicated. They didn't rush us or pressure too much to buy; they were available for questions and gave us space to make our decision.
