This is very insulting that I get this response from you a couple weeks later, when I have been trying to reach your general manager, Dominic Salazar since last month on multiple attempts, leaving messages to which he has not had the courtesy to return any of my calls. I had filed an official complaint with Nissan consumer affairs that had sent my complaints directly to your leadership and management team, including your general manager, Dominic Salazar again to which he has not reached out or responded to me at all.
