Gabriel is a good sales person. Shortly after contacting the dealership about a specific Outback, he responded with very good pricing. It was the best in the Chicago area. We had a good experience with Nealy and Gabriel. Nealy was very prompt in responding to our initial email and helped us find what we were looking for. We were surprised, but appreciated, when we heard bac was very prompt in responding to our initial email and helped us find what we were looking for. We were surprised, but appreciated, when we heard back from her on a Sunday and she was the first sales person to respond. Gabriel was very helpful and lived up to Grand's "no haggle" policy, which we appreciated. The business manager we dealt with didn't seem to follow the "no haggle" policy and didn't seem to take kindly to us saying no to purchasing the extended warranty. We felt he was pressuring us to purchase the extended warranty by saying so many things could go wrong with the vehicle, giving us the impression we shouldn't be purchasing another Subaru. We purchased a Subaru based on their reputation as reliable vehicle and we have had a good experience with the Outback we purchased in 2012. We would not have purchased another Subaru if we thought we would need an extended warranty. More
