Gabriel made my car buying experience great. He answered all my questions and kept me informed when we experience a delay (totally out of his control). He checked on me frequently making sure I was comforta all my questions and kept me informed when we experience a delay (totally out of his control). He checked on me frequently making sure I was comfortable and apologetic every time he checked in with me. I came to Grand instead of a dealer closer to me because of the original response of their employees. Gabriel added to that experience. I wish the dealership was closer to me so I could bring my car in for services. Thanks Gabriel! More

From the beginning to the end of the process, Gabe was honest. He did not pressure us. He offered options. He communicated with us promptly as he worked hard to find us what we were looking for. He was patient with our requests and he ultimately found the perfect vehicle for us. Car buying can be as pleasant or challenging as a salesman makes it.
