Terrible experience, a bunch of liars and horrible service for the exception of Leon. I traded in my car and they still have not paid off my trade even though they got paid on the new vehicle and the service for the exception of Leon. I traded in my car and they still have not paid off my trade even though they got paid on the new vehicle and the new deal funded, so they have my trade and got paid from the new bank for the new xar and it is over a month my trade in still not paid off and I am getting calls from that institution that I am past due and will be reported late. I started coming to this location for the service department. Alex Lukas is what great customer service is to me. I have now purchased my second car both with trade ins. Gabriela was my financial person both times and she is always made herself available for questions even after the deal was signed. She takes her time and explains throughly. When I have had a grievance, Bruno made sure it was fix to make it right. When you are there you can tell he takes care of his employees and the customers.
