They don't tell you how many hoops you gotta jump through in order to schedule the service. Want to book online? The system hasn't registered the fact I've owned a vevhle for the entire almost 2 years Ive owned it now. So I can't even schedule the service unless I call and fight AI to transfer me to a live person. Even then, I wait on hold for almost 30 minutes everything time I call. They hope to frustrate you enough where you give up and they don't have to perform included services. Worst place Ive ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE More
