Guy Pagliano, Car Sales Expert Guy was not expecting us as we just dropped in as a referral. Most of all, he was always up front, told the truth and got the answers if he did not know them, which happened only once. He knew how to listen, when not to talk and knew when to let us alone to make decisions, the marks of a good sales person. More sales people should learn from him. We wound up buying a RAV-4 the same day, something we have never done in our 49 years of marriage. I could not pass up a chance to give Guy an excellent recommendation.
