2013 Camry hybrid Everything was very plesent and easily done. Guy was polite, funny and professional. He wasn't pushy or condescending like most car sales people are. That's how all car sales people should conduct them selves, but they don't. EVERYONE, send your reps to Hartford Toyota and let guy teach them how to sell cars. You will be very happy with the results. I absolutely intend on returning here and dealing with guy, when it's time for a new car. Gina was super nice too. My only issue was after everything was signed, they took my new car to wash it, and it took them two hours. But everything else was greats! PS. Why is guy under"Other" instead of sales.....weird Gina was great as well, Henry also helped me in the beginning, while guy was with someone else, was also very nice and professional. I recommend them all to anyone. DONT GOTO WALLINGFORD THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! ***************GO PATS************** More

Upgraded from 2011 to 2015 Camry XLE This is my 2nd purchase of a new Camry from Hartford Toyota, so obviously I've been very pleased with both the sales and service departments. When I decided on a new car, I never even considered another dealer even though I have three Toyota dealers closer to my house. I've used 2 other Service departments and although I've never had bad service, Hartford shines above the others. My salesman was Gaetano "Guy" and he provided a positive sales experience. Very knowledgeable about the difference between the old and new Camry and was very thorough with his detailed descriptions. He also listened to me when I first arrived and talked about what I liked and disliked about my previous experience and did not waste my time when we decided on what cars to test drive. Bottom line - If you are considering a Toyota - Go to Hartford Toyota FIRST! More
