Past experience with Galen in service department was outstanding & helped us come to buy...he was genuine, sincere & went out of his way to take care of us. Brandon was courteous, knowledgeable. We hadn’t planned on the finance portion being as lengthy but he was helpful & stayed late to help, as did John. I know it’s a challenge for sales people when they have multiple clients there at one time & want to service them all. The drawback is sometimes folks can tend to feel a little in the way, so am not sure what the best solution is. We appreciate John keeping his eye on incoming inventory & immediately notifying us when our Forester became available, as it looks to be a good choice. We also appreciate a salesman come out to the service area to show us some features on our Outback last Fall, as he had nothing to gain & unselfishly invested in our needs with a vehicle we purchased elsewhere. That creates long-term relationships with future clients. :) More

I got a video of the car I was interested in and it was waiting when I came in. The guys were patient and did their due diligence to find me what I wanted for the price I wanted. They handled my trade seamlessly and I drove off happy with my new Forester! More

2nd time Subaru owner!!! Ferguson Subaru has been so great! We always get great customer service and they cut out all the nonsense. The sales rep was courteous, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Answered all our questions. He showed optional purchases, but did not pressure us to sign up for any extended services. The finance department was easy to deal with and, again, did not pressure for extra items. We had actually come in the previous day for brake service on our Legacy (which we ended up trading in) and were very pleased with the service department as well. That was the first mechanical failure on our 2011 Legacy ever. Clean, friendly service. More

Honda lost me I've been a Honda owner for many years now. I decided, after seeing their new design, that I would branch out and see if I could find something else t I've been a Honda owner for many years now. I decided, after seeing their new design, that I would branch out and see if I could find something else that I liked. I looked at most of the other car makers and was just never impressed with what I saw and heard. That was until my S.O. bought a crosstrek and raved about her experience. So, while on a business trip I stopped in to look around, found a car I liked, and thought I'd ask about it. Kyle, my salesman, was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle considering he owns and drives the car I was looking at. (Always a good sign) I have to say I never expected to skip my return flight home in lue of a 9 hour drive in a new car but the more I talked with Kyle and the guys in the service department I just couldn't pass up the opportunity. So by the end of the trip I drove my new WRX home. The only regret I have is that won't be able to service at Ferguson Subaru. Of course then again, if I have to go back I may just make the drive again. More
