My sales experience with Garfield good and was relatively smooth. However, they charged me for two service contracts. I had made it explicitly clear with the finance manager JC up front that I did not want t smooth. However, they charged me for two service contracts. I had made it explicitly clear with the finance manager JC up front that I did not want these contracts. I also realized I never initialed a page that outlined the breakdown of charges on the finance agreement. Reached out to JC later the day I bought my vehicle (2/13/22) and he emailed the cancellation form for service contract which I completed and returned same day. I sent a follow up email for status on the service contracts cancellation on (4/14/22) and yet to get a response. Extremely frustrated at this point. More
