One my way to pick up a pizza, and hit a huge pothole. Check and see I damaged my left front tire. Called over to Boch and got Garrett on the phone. He asked me to come, and be patient while he worked me Check and see I damaged my left front tire. Called over to Boch and got Garrett on the phone. He asked me to come, and be patient while he worked me amongst their schedule. After a surprisingly brief wait, he told me I needed 2 tires due to damage. Now the bonus. Garrett reminded that I had a tire warranty I had forgotten about, and was not only able to replace the tires, but get them replaced under warranty. Unless I worked at a garage, or had one of my own, I will also go to Boch Westford. Garrett was way above par. A master of customer service. More
