It was a struggle for me to get a new Honda. I actually was not in a rush to get a new car. I was going to back out multiple times due to the long wait and I was not completely understand the process. I en was not in a rush to get a new car. I went back on Saturday 2/29 to get the registration. I had to go back again because they forgot to install 2 extra equipments I bought with the new car. Ended up spending 3 more hours there. It was my first time at your dealership. I like your facility. However, I feel out of place and am not valued enough. My sale person, Hamid, was nice, TALK nice. Actions speak louder than words though. I really want to give your dealership a try. But we have a really rough start. I’m not sure now. More

Sam was very accommodating ! Everyone there is pleasant! I went for sn inspection sticker and check winter items! As it turned out 1,000.00 dollars and 3 1/2 hours later I left! As it turned out I needed rear calipers and two new tires ☹️ It just seemed to take a long time for the work I had done!! Almost 4 hrs of waiting! That was the only unpleasant thing!
